Priority 7: We will maintain the orientation between two macros as 0 to 180 degrees to avoid disorientation of layers. If the macros are to be rotated, you can either rotate from 180 degrees.8. The reason is macros are connected to the standard cells, and the majority of the logic connections are within the core area so macro pins are placed toward the core area.10.
