Work, it will probably be easiest to manually copy/paste an address into Blockonomics and create a P2P Invoice.Let’s walk through the steps.Copy your bitcoin address from your bitcoin wallet. Your Bitcoin address is a bunch of numbers and letters that look something like this: 1Fn9nsvwgabiSg2fCzqVeHSMKyMg6bCi3c2. Paste your bitcoin address into the search bar at Blockonomics.co and press “Enter”.3. This will show you all of the transactions that this address has ever sent or received. At the bottom of the page, you should be able to see a button that says “Create P2P Invoice”. Click that to go to the next screen.4. This is the invoice creation page. This is where you will enter all of the details of your invoice such as the description, add an image if you would like, set the price in your local fiat currency and set the expiration date for the invoice. Currently, all invoices have a duration of 30 days and will expire after that amount of time. In the example below, I created an invoice for 1 USD with a duration of 7 days.5. Once you have created your invoice, you can share it with others to accept BTC as payment. Yes, it’s that simple.Note: It’s bad for privacy to use the same address more than once and you will get tired of always having to copy/pasting a new address every time you want to create an invoice. That’s why we’ve made it easy to never use the same address more than once by enabling users to create invoices with an xPub key.Creating Invoices with an xPub KeyThis is a little more work and requires a Bitcoin wallet that allows you to export your xPub key. If you’re not sure what an xPub key is already, don’t worry about the technical explanation too much right now. All that you need to know is that an xPub is what you need to automatically create a new address for each invoice that you create. These are the steps to get your xPub setup with Blockonomics.Go to Blockonomics.co and click on the “Login” button located at the top right corner of the page.2. You can create an account, login with your Google account or as a guest with our guest login option. Just be sure that you remember your password if you choose the guest login option.3.
